Where do I
send my Referee Registration and paperwork?
For
all grade 08 referees in Timberline (actually within the entire state of
“Texas South”) please mail your registration paperwork to:

Please ensure that you have
filled out all the necessary information on the form. Make sure that you read step “5”,
answer the question in step “5”, and sign and date the form in step
“5”. If you do not do this,
the form will be sent back to you, to complete properly. You must enclose your check or money order,
in the amount of $25.00, made out to ‘STSR’.
For all other referees (grade 07 and
above), please mail your registration paperwork to:
If you are upgrading from 08 to 07,
you must include:
1.
Proof of attending the intermediate clinic (07 upgrade clinic).
2.
Proof of successfully completing the physical.
3.
Assessment feedback form.
4.
Game count.
