    Coaches please fill out the form below to sign up for the listed upcoming coaches clinic's held by TYSA.  When Complete, hit the submit button and the form will come to the VP of Coaches.  If you can't make it to the class after you signed up, please email the VP of coaches 5 days prior to the class or your club will be billed for your slot.
