& PROCEDURE |
| Each person having any responsibility whatsoever for any Member Club or team participating in the Timberline Youth Soccer Association is responsible for reading and understanding the Association’s Constitution, Bylaws and
STYSA Rules of Competition (www.stxsoccer.org). In the event charges of infraction of any of the regulations contained herein are made against a club, team, coach or any other team representative, claims by said accused person of ignorance of these regulations will not be considered an available defense to said charges. It is each Member Club's responsibility to see to it that any person having responsibility for any team receives a copy of the rules and regulations.

Weekday Reschedule Policy (updated for Spring 2017 season)
If a reschedule is requested to be made up during the week, Mon-Fri,
it is up to the requesting coach to ask the opposing coach "if" they are able to do this. If he/she agrees, it is now up to the requesting
coach to make sure that the following conditions are met:
1. Home coach - signature/approval
2. Visiting coach - signature/approval
3. Referee Coordinator - notified/approval - USSF referees must be used for reschedule.
4. Field Coordinator - availability/approval
5. TYSA Scheduler must be notified that all reschedule conditions have been met.
6. All parties (coaches, referee assignor and field coordinator) must be included in
the e-mails to the TYSA Scheduler.
** If the rescheduled game is initiated after 12 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the game
i. Due to it now being considered a last minute reschedule and the referees are locked in to their schedules
for the weekend they will be paid for by home club.
ii. The team requesting the reschedule is now responsible for paying for the referees of the rescheduled game
and payment and referee arrangements must be made through the referee assignor.
IMPORTANT: If reschedule is granted and the game is played during the week, the completed game report will now
be mailed in by the winning coach to the TYSA Scorekeeper - P.O. Box 130873, The Woodlands, TX 77393.
In the case of a tie, it will be the responsibility of the home coach.
